Life In Balance "Pitta" is an Ayurvedic-inspired rooibos blend built for a gentle, grounding cup. Cinnamon and ginger bring warmth, cardamom rounds it out, and rose leaves add a soft, fragrant finish over a base of organic rooibos and licorice root. This sample pack is the perfect way to try it.

• Ingredients

An artisan blend with organic green & red rooibos tea, cinnamon, cardamom, licorice roots, ginger roots & rose leaves.

Contains licorice root.

• How to brew

Thermometer212°F (100°C)
TimerSteep 5 to 7 minutes
Spoon1 to 1.5 tsp per 8 oz cup

Traditional Ayurvedic preparation: simmer 2 to 4 tablespoons of loose leaf in 34 fl oz (1L) of water for about 30 minutes, strain, and stir in a splash of milk. Sweeten with honey if you like.
