An artisan blend with cinnamon pieces, liquorice root, ginger pieces, fennel, orange peel & whole cardamom.

Contains licorice root.

• How to brew

TimerSteep 5 to 7 minutes
Spoon1 to 1.5 tsp per 8 oz cup

Traditional Ayurvedic preparation: simmer 2 to 4 tablespoons of loose leaf in 34 fl oz (1L) of water for about 30 minutes, strain, and stir in a splash of milk. Sweeten with honey if you like.
